COFAN is a network launched by GOGLA and Delta40, with support from the Rockefeller Foundation, to bring together catalytic capital providers – like philanthropies and corporate foundations- that offer grants or highly concessional capital to accelerate investment in off-grid solar solutions.

The mission of COFAN is to help funders coordinate, move faster, and amplify their impact in the off-grid energy sector.
