As the world’s third-largest solar market, India has established powerful conditions for the rapid expansion of rooftop solar, including financial incentives from central and state governments. Yet targets continue to be missed – and the rooftop solar (RTS) opportunity is being overlooked by Discoms, consumers, and the distributed renewable energy (DRE) sector.
