Leveraging Subsidies to Achieve SDG7 in Humanitarian Settings examines how subsidies can help overcome some of these challenges when they are intentionally designed for displacement contexts. Based on five case studies, it reflects both progress made and limits encountered in real-world programmes.

The work was shaped by insights from partners across the energy, humanitarian, and development sectors, including GOGLA, Clean Cooking Alliance, EnDev, NORCAP, as well as many practitioners who generously shared their experience through interviews and case studies.
